Here are a few suggestions to help you 'learn-the-ropes' and find your niche as fast as possible.

1. First read the introductory articles again. Understand that wiki.Eretz-Israel.info is primarily intended to be an information resource documenting the connection between the Jewish People and the Land of Israel. All the other polemics have more appropriate venues elsewhere, although we hope they will link into our material when they debate the issues!
2. Next, read through the existing articles. try following the links and see where they lead. Get a feel for what we are aspiring to accomplish and the tone, style and depth of the material presented. We aspire to be an 'easy-read' and be light but not frivolous. More over we are not competing with serious research books or some moribund academic encyclopedia. that doesn't mean we don't want everything we write to be well documented with footnote so that the more serious reader can dig into the subject in greater depth. While you are at it, if you see something that needs fixing, fix it. Spelling error? (Careful, we use Canadian usage with vowels not the American without :-) Incorrect grammar usage? Don't forget to document why you made the correction in the "Short description of changes" box at the bottom of the page.
3. Starting to feel comfortable? Simply write the team you'd like to join and they'll follow up with you and get you going.
