WikiDot.com

This site was created by ePublicist on a wiki technology platform provided by a wiki hosting company called WikiDot.com. A fascinating experiment by a group of Polish IT entrepreneurs, they have provided a wiki compliant platform with incredible built-in software modules and a reasonable compromise interface. Not WYSIWYG but easy-to-use and relatively intuitive. Instead of creating a conventional web site using a WWW server, ePublicist chose this platform over several other because of that balance between adherence to industry (wiki) standards while at the same time adding as much easy-to-use features as possible. We are impressed with the result. Click on the 'Discuss' link and us know what you think!
Project Management

Like all our projects, wiki.Eretz-Israel.info was created and is maintained by a virtual team of professionals who live and work in locations all over the world. We manage to keep-it-all-together and communicate our progress through a number of smart online software services, the primary one being 37Signal's BaseCamp.com. Again, not a full blown detailed project management tool, but at the same time far more sophisticated than a simple To-Do Task organizer. More importantly, tie it into other tools like Thunderbird's Lightening Calendar add-in or FreshBooks.com online accounting service and voila … you have an end-to-end tool to help all those busy gremlins (or is it house elves?) keep track of who is doing what and when the next stage of the project can start once the preliminaries are completed. All real-time in cyberspace! Welcome to the 21st Century. Interested in learning more? Ask us!
RSS Feeds

ePublicist uses FeedBurner to manage opt-in subscriptions to all of its RDD feeds. FeedBurner is not only pioneers in the field, but continually provide the highest quality services and lowest down-time in a very competitive industry. Oh, did we mention the price! The price is right!
Web Browser
It might seem strange to add one's web browser to the list of tools and services that go into the creation and maintenance of this site. That is, it would seem strange to people who use regular web browsers. It is perfectly understood by people who use Mozilla's FireFox!
